* Prices are based on two guests. Children under 4 years old will be accommodated for free. $30 for each additional child (4 - 14 years old). $60 for each additional adult. Maximum 4 guests/room.

* Parking lot rooms will accommodate only two guests. Three and four guests accommodations are only available for pool and waterfront rooms.

* Individuals are only accomodated in Poolside rooms, maximum of two guests per room. 

* The numeric Room ID# is used to specify who you would like to room with. When an attendee registers online, he/she is given a Room ID#. If you wish to be in the same room with this attendee, simply specify the Room ID# he/she was assigned at registration (this can be found on the confirmation page and/or email he/she received).

* By requesting the same Room ID#, multiple attendees can automatically be placed in the same room (subject to space and availability restrictions).

* Transportation from and to Orlando airport will be made available upon request ($20 per family up to 4).

* $10 Cancelation fee before April 27,  $50 thereafter. 

* All payments will be made online via credit card at the time of registration.
